Find brand use worldwide. Reconstruct its history. Preserve the evidence.Find brand use. Trace its history. Preserve the evidence.
BrandGuard connects web discovery, deep domain crawling, web archives, continuous monitoring and technically traceable evidence in one professional workspace.
Enter a brand and see initial findings across the web.
A deliberately limited preview searches the connected discovery source, groups domains and validates selected pages. Full crawling, archives, screenshots and evidence files require a workspace.

From first signal to a reviewable evidence package.
Worldwide discovery
Search sources identify candidate pages and previously unknown domains.
Deep website analysis
Products, categories, search pages, metadata, documents, redirects and indexing signals.
Historical reconstruction
Archive snapshots, former names, changed content and gaps are arranged on a timeline.
Evidence preservation
HTML, headers, screenshots, browser PDFs, timestamps and SHA-256 manifests.
Continuous monitoring
New, changed, escalated and no-longer-rediscovered findings are compared between scans.
Professional workspaces
Brands, law firms, manufacturers and agencies work with roles, clients, cases and audit logs.
Search results show a moment. BrandGuard documents the context and history.
- Live and historical sources
- Technical context and indexability
- Original files separated from analysis
- Repeatable monitoring and change comparison
- Case-ready exports and evidence manifests
One platform for every party protecting a brand.

Manufacturers & retailers
Identify product-name misuse, copied documents and unauthorized listings.
Agencies & service providers

Clear answers before the first scan.
Does BrandGuard automatically determine a trademark infringement?
No. BrandGuard collects, structures and prioritizes technical findings. The legal assessment remains an individual professional decision.
Can BrandGuard find historical use?
Yes. Connected web archives can reveal earlier pages, renamed products and changes over time, subject to archive availability.
What does an evidence package contain?
Depending on the scan: source HTML, rendered content, headers, redirect chains, screenshots, browser PDFs, metadata and hash manifests.
Is the public quick scan stored?
No. It is a strongly limited transient preview. A registered workspace is required to preserve evidence and build a timeline.
Which sources can be used without paid accounts?
The direct crawler, sitemaps, robots.txt, Wayback research, Common Crawl and a self-hosted SearXNG instance can be operated without a commercial search API.
Can several brands, clients and law firms work separately?
Yes. Organizations, roles, clients, projects, cases and audit events are separated by tenant and permission.
Can I order a plan directly without using the trial first?
Yes. Choose “Order now” on the relevant plan. After account creation, complete billing details and select PayPal or bank transfer. Plan rights activate after confirmed payment.
How does the limited trial differ from a paid plan?
The same narrow limits apply to every reserved plan during evaluation. Only a paid plan activates its full projects, users, page quotas and included capabilities.
Where are data and evidence processed?
BrandGuard is designed for controlled EU operation. Providers, subprocessors, technical measures, retention and deletion are described transparently on the corresponding information pages.
Does BrandGuard replace legal review?
No. BrandGuard supplies technical research, documentation, prioritisation and traceable evidence chains. Legal infringement and next steps require professional case-by-case assessment.
