Project and evidence data

Contact requests
Stored until the request is completed and thereafter only while evidence or retention interests remain.
Security and audit data
Stored while required for abuse prevention, traceability, contractual evidence and legal claims.
Backups
Rolling backups are overwritten according to the technical backup plan. Deleted data may remain until the relevant backup window expires.
Export and deletion review
An export may be provided before final deletion. Production periods and backup windows are specified in the administration and data processing terms.
